We take Data protection and HIPAA very seriously and we want to protect your results – therefore we use a secure portal that is HIPPA compliant to make sure your blood test results are delivered to your hands safely and securely.
Please fast for 8-12 hours prior to your blood draw. Please avoid consuming seafood for 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please be sure to drink water (only) to stay well hydrated and aid blood draw. Do not eat any food and do not drink coffee, tea, juice, milk, lemon water or sugary drinks prior to blood draw; do not smoke or chew gum or take any supplements prior to your blood draw, on the day of your appointment. You should continue to take any prescribed medications as standard.
This is cash pay lab testing and does not require a signed MD lab requisitions order, provider or medical insurance policy. Blood testing is performed in fully accredited and licensed laboratories with gold standard clinical testing and results are reported as RUO in order to meet the global study criteria, regulations and laws. We will not request medical insurance numbers or provider information and we will not share your results with any third parties.
The labs will endeavor to perform all testing listed in the package you purchase and in any exceptional circumstances which may cause sample stability or testing availability to be prohibitive, for any reason, the lab may be unable to test and/or report every result.
The results report has been designed to be as user friendly and intelligent as possible with a red amber green traffic light system to clearly label each results. A full glossary to explain each test is also included plus a table of results at the back should you wish to discuss any results with your healthcare
