SEXUAL HEALTH

Most STIs have an incubation following a sexual encounter meaning that they may not be detected within a certain timeframe. Most STI’s require you to wait at least 14 days after sexual activity before taking a test.

You should not take the test if you are menstruating or have urinated in the last 2 hours.

Please note that Randox Health does not provide provision of contraception, pregnancy testing or treatment of STDs.

No, the PlaySafe kit will not prevent you from getting a STD. This kit will inform you if you have tested positive or negative for a STD. Practicing safe sex and regularly testing is recommended.

HOME SAMPLE COLLECTION KITS

You must be over the age of 21 to purchase the PlaySafe kit.

Use the pre-paid FedEx shipping label provided within your kit to return your sample to our lab for testing.  You can locate your closest FebEx Drop Box here

PAYMENT

Yes, MEDICARE is accepted.  Our lab will bill Medicare directly for your MD order.

We provide itemized receipts allowing for reimbursement from your PPO, HMO insurance policies. You directly pay Randox Health and then submit your receipts. Other nationwide labs will ‘balance – bill’ you, meaning the bill your insurance and they will also bill you directly for additional balance.

No health insurance isn’t required to avail of our services.

No but we do accept MD orders.  Any MD lab requisition / order forms are accepted.
